Born and raised on Long Island, NY, I have been practicing law for over two decades and am admitted to the bar in both New York and New Jersey.  After working at several NYC and Long Island firms including Berkman, Henoch, Peterson & Peddy (BHPP) and Davidow, Davidow, Siegel & Stern,  I opened my own practice in 2007 in Garden City, NY.

My areas of concentration focuses on business and succession planning, commercial litigation, life and estate planning, trusts, probate, estate tax.  

I am a member of the New York State Bar Association (Corporate and Trust & Estates Section); Suffolk County Bar Association (Corporate and Trust & Estates Section); Nassau County Bar (Trusts & Estates Section); and New Jersey State Bar Association.  

I received my undergraduate degree from Syracuse University and my law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law.

While at BHPP I worked with the New York City Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association (PBA) providing legal services on trusts and estates, wills and elder care planning to active and retired officers and their families.

I am a member of the Board of Directors of The Association for Children with Down’s Syndrome (ACDS), a not-for-profit organization for children with all types of mental, physical and developmental disabilities and Contractors for Kids, a charitable organization for children with chronic illness and disability.
